AIRTEC’s intercooler for the ST180 has proved to be a great upgrade on re-mapped cars, the 70mm thick core has been rolling road tested to bring down the intake temps from 152 degree’s to a very low 39 degree’s, ‘That’s a 102-degree reduction in intake temperature’
If the ECU sees over 50 degrees it will back power off for engine safety, The Airtec intercooler keeps the temps low enough so you keep all your power.

As part of our expanding Fiesta ST180 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our Stage 1 intercooler upgrade suitable for track or fast road use.
In order to ensure there is no noticeable loss in performance during extended periods of hard driving, we have developed a larger, freer-flowing intercooler that is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM item.
