At last, a true alternative to the tubular manifold, the start for real power starts with the removal of the stock manifold on the ST Focus 5 cylinder Volvo engine.

All tubular manifolds of under 3mm tube walls are prone to cracking, it’s the nature of the materials used. Repeated expansion and contraction and often badly sized turbos can increase back pressure which again can cause heat build-up and stress the material.
The new cast manifold does not suffer this and with choice of gt28 (T2) and the Larger T3 flange can accommodate many different turbos and power outputs

This Quick spool GT28 flanged manifold for any of the GT2871, GT2876, or our favorite the GT3071 will really open up the door to well over 350 bhp with correct ancils and more crucially the correct ECU remap.

This unit will form part of the new turbo kit that will use the GT3071 turbo. The kit will include turbo, manifold , downpipe, all water and oil unions, in fact pretty much everything in one box to deliver a solution for the power-hungry
Manifold is very heavy-duty construction and will not break under harsh street or racing conditions.
