The stock ST225 intercooler has limited performance capabilities once you start pushing past stock power levels, the way around this is by fitting an uprated intercooler to help keep intake temperatures low, lower intake temps equals more power!

The stage 3 ST225 intercooler we recommend when pushing over the 400bhp mark, however, there are no drawbacks to running it on cars below this level, especially cars fitted with hybrid turbos.

Available in black and silver with a choice of logo colors you can personalize the intercooler to your car, simply leave a note at checkout with your choice of logo color, if not the default black with no logo will be sent.

Please note: The pre-facelift ST225 has a different radiator compared to the facelift ST225 & the RS Mk2, this makes the left-hand cold side pipe (inlet side) very tight against the radiator cradle & boost hose. We recommend removing the radiator cradle bolt, levering the cradle to the right and re-drilling a new hole & then replace the bolt. It’s very simple and easy to do but is necessary to give you extra clearance for the bigger 2.5″ cold side pipe included in this kit. The other alternative is to fit the RS Mk2 radiator for direct fitment. This is not required to get the power you want, just makes the cold side hose fit nicer.
